Vex 3 is the next installment in the wildly popular Vex series. This 2D action game features many unexpected twists. As a stickman, players progress through stages, or "Acts," encountering perilous obstacles such as spikes, revolving blades, schemes, and more.
There are 10 normal acts and 9 extra challenge acts to complete in the game. As you move through the game, it gets a lot harder, with more dangerous traps and mazes that are harder to figure out. Players must finish all of the levels in order to win the game. Still, it's never a quick job.
To finish an Act and move on to the next, you have to lead the stickman from the beginning to the end of that Act. Run, jump, climb buildings, crouch, or slide quickly to avoid the dangerous things that are all over the level. There are spikes, saw blades, floating platforms, weak blocks, electricity, and other things all over the place. Be very careful with your moves to stay away from them at all times.
There are safe places called "checkpoints" spread out in each level. As long as you fail, you don't have to start over. Instead, you can respawn at the last stop. To get to a stop, all you have to do is touch the red flags, which will turn green. After you get to one, move on to the next.
Once again, the primary purpose of every step is to locate and negotiate the orange door that signals the finish. When you're finally there, you'll be allowed to progress to the subsequent Act, which was which contains even more difficult objectives. When you stand on the act block, you can play new acts.
There are always more goals to reach than just finishing an Act. You can get cool trophies if you finish an act without dying and get all the secret stars. There is also a Bronze, Silver, and Gold time limit for each act. Are you faster than that?
If doing the 10 regular acts isn't hard enough for you, try the Challenge Acts. These 9 Acts are for more experienced players and have a lot more difficult traps and layouts.
Are you ready for one of the hardest platform games that will test your speed and problem-solving?
